Guild Garage Group LLC in Rockville, MD is seeking a motivated Home Service Consultant to join our high-performing sales team. You will meet homeowners, assess garage door needs, deliver customized solutions, and own the sales process from first contact to final follow-up.

This role requires 3+ years in home services sales, a passion for customer service, proficiency with ServiceTitan, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in trades or home services.
• Strong customer service and building long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan (or willingness to learn).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors/outdoors in various weather.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess garage door needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Take ownership of the sales process from first contact to final follow-up.
• Generate and pursue new leads via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Provide accurate, competitive estimates for service, remodels, and installations.
• Recommend upgrades and accessories that enhance safety, function, and style.
• Serve as the go-to expert and main point of contact throughout the project.
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain detailed customer records and follow-up using ServiceTitan.
• Support peers and help the team achieve collective success.
• Participate in ongoing product and sales training.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors/outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Pay Range $90,000 - $110,000 USD
