Job summary

CPI Security in Charleston, SC is seeking a motivated Residential Security Sales Representative to design and sell award-winning security and home automation solutions to homeowners. You will build a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, in-home consultations, and product demonstrations.

As an advisor, you’ll protect communities, collaborate with your Sales Manager, and pursue growth with comprehensive training, competitive pay, and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult homeowners to design and sell security and home automation solutions.
• Lead generation using company-provided leads and prospecting tools.
• Maintain weekly appointment schedules and create engaging product displays.
• Clearly communicate CPI’s value and product vision to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager and team to exceed monthly targets.
