Job summary

Regional Homes of Zephyrhills is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our team. You’ll help sell award-winning floor plans on new home sites throughout the area, with strong earning potential through draw and commission.

No prior sales experience required, but a proactive attitude and solid work ethic are essential. You’ll benefit from paid training, opportunities for growth, and a generous benefits package as part of Champion Home Builders, Inc.

Previous sales experience is not required-we're looking for the right attitude and solid work ethic. Job Responsibilities:

• Meeting sales and marketing goals
• Excellent customer service skills
• Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
• Working & communicating effectively with team and customers
• Understanding the loan process and credit analyzation
• Ability to work weekends (both Saturday & Sunday), evenings & some holidays
