Regional Homes of Zephyrhills is seeking motivated individuals to join our sales team. You’ll market and sell our award-winning floor plans across new home sites in the area. Prior sales experience isn’t required—we value attitude, work ethic, and a desire to grow with a top-rated company.

Earn draw plus commission with potential to reach high earnings, with benefits and vacation opportunities. Training is provided by industry leaders, with growth potential within the organization.

You'll be selling our award-winning floor plans placed on exciting new home site developments throughout the area. Previous sales experience is not required—we're looking for the right attitude and solid work ethic. Job Responsibilities

• Meeting sales and marketing goals
• Excellent customer service skills
• Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
• Working & communicating effectively with team and customers
• Understanding the loan process and credit analyzation
• Ability to work weekends (both Saturday & Sunday), evenings & some holidays
