Regional Homes of Ocala, FL is seeking professional, motivated sales professionals to join our team. You’ll sell award-winning floor plans on new home sites across the area. Prior sales experience is not required; we value attitude and work ethic and reward dedication.

We offer a draw + commission structure with potential for high earnings, solid benefits, paid training, and growth opportunities. Weekend work and flexible scheduling are required at times, as we build a strong local presence.

• Customer-facing sales experience is welcome but not required.
• Must be able to meet sales and marketing goals.
• Excellent communication with prospects and team members.
• Ability to understand loan processes and credit basics.

Regional Homes of Ocala, FL is seeking professional, motivated, and career-driven individuals to join our sales team. You'll be selling our award-winning floor plans placed on exciting new home site developments throughout the area.

Previous sales experience is not required-we're looking for the right attitude and solid work ethic. Job Responsibilities:

• Meeting sales and marketing goals
• Excellent customer service skills
• Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
• Working & communicating effectively with team and customers
• Understanding the loan process and credit analyzation
• Ability to work weekends (both Saturday & Sunday), evenings & some holidays

Candidates must possess:
