Salary plus commission offers a potential $100,000+/Year, with BCBS, Dental, Vision, 401K (50% Company Match), paid training, and growth opportunities within Champion Home Builders family.

Qualifications

• Proven clos ing and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting sales goals.
• Excellent communication, high energy, and integrity are essential.
• Ability to prospect, follow up, and close in a team environment.
• Experience with social media marketing and lead generation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and marketing goals for floor plan sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and prospect for new business.
• Promote and market floor plans on new home site developments.
• Follow up with prospects through the sales process and coordinate with lenders.
• Work weekends, evenings, and some holidays as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Meeting sales and marketing goals
