Qualifications

• No new homes sales experience required. A proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience highly preferred.
• The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills—both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is a must.
• Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Sales Consultants will learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts.
• Follow a proven sales process that leads to a six-figure income.
• Follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers and shop the area competition.
• Be willing to work weekends and some holidays.
