K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking energetic Sales Consultants to join our Ohio home-building team. Learn all products, sell homes, and secure contracts while working weekends and some holidays.

A proven track record in sales and stellar customer service are highly valued as you guide buyers through the home purchase process. No new homes sales experience is required, but a valid driver’s license and the ability to follow a proven sales process are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both one-on-one and in front of groups.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Learn all home products, sell homes and secure contracts.
• Follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers and assess competitors.
