Cal-Am Properties, Inc. is hiring experienced sales professionals to join a fast-paced housing industry. No real estate license is required. Opportunity to work across all three Washington communities with a strong commission-based income.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate Degree or technical school preferred.
• Experience in sales helps, real estate or related fields advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Study Resort/Community listings and become familiar with properties for sale and market.
• Meet with prospective clients and solicit listings.
• Accompany prospects to sites, quote prices, describe features and discuss sale or lease terms.
• Draw up purchase contracts, leases, and negotiate offers.
• Assist buyers and sellers with information or services such as financing, maintenance, or appraisals.
• Capture photos and measurements for ads and brochures.

$22.00 Hourly + commission basis. Income potential of up to $40,000 - $60,00

Tuesday to Saturday and Sunday by appointment

General Accountabilities

• Studies Resort/Community listings, becoming familiar with properties for sale and surrounding market.
• Meets with prospective clients and solicits listings.
• Accompanies prospects to Resort/Community sites, quotes purchase price, describes features and discusses conditions of sale or terms of the lease.
• Draws up purchase contracts, leases, and negotiates offers on Resort/Community.
• Assists buyer and seller in obtaining pertinent information or services such as finance, maintenance, repair, or obtaining an appraisal.
• Obtains pictures and measurements of rooms to include in a newspaper advertisement and booklets listing descriptions of Resort/Community.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Inspects Resort/Community to determine if repairs are needed and notify the owner.
• As part of community outreach, building strong resident relations with ongoing communications and an all-encompassing attitude of courteous, respect, and customer service to self-generate sales.

Job Qualifications

• Beginner to intermediate computer skills
• Experience with any of the following would be a plus: Car Sales, Real Estate Sales, Solar Sales, Cellular Sales, Outside Sales, Face-to-Face Sales, Door-to-Door Sales
• Minimum Education: High School Graduate
• Minimum Experience: 2-4 Years, or equivalent combined education and experience.
• Minimum Field of Expertise: No license required, real estate license does not have to change brokers
• Preferred Education: Associate Degree or technical school
• Preferred Experience: 4 years
• Weekend schedule flexibility required, with Saturday availability being non-negotiable.
