Job summary

Cal-Am Properties Inc is seeking experienced Sales professionals to join our team in Washington communities. No real estate license is required. You will work with prospective clients to solicit listings, show properties, and discuss terms of sale or lease.

The role offers $22.00 hourly plus commission, with an income potential of up to $40,000–$60,000 per year. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation and Sick leave, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Graduate.
• Experience in Car Sales, Real Estate Sales, Solar Sales, Cellular Sales, Outside Sales, Face-to-Face Sales, or Door-to-Door Sales is a plus.

• Studies Resort/Community listings to become familiar with properties for sale and market.
• Meets with prospective clients and solicits listings.
• Accompanies prospects to sites, quotes purchase price, describes features, and discusses sale terms or lease.

Schedule:

Tuesday to Saturday and Sunday by appointment

General Accountabilities

• Studies Resort/Community listings, becoming familiar with properties for sale and surrounding market.
• Meets with prospective clients and solicits listings.
• Accompanies prospects to Resort/Community sites, quotes purchase price, describes features and discusses conditions of sale or terms of the lease.
• Draws up purchase contracts, leases, and negotiates offers on Resort/Community.
• Assists buyer and seller in obtaining pertinent information or services such as finance, maintenance, repair, or obtaining an appraisal.
• Obtains pictures and measurements of rooms to include in a newspaper advertisement and booklets listing descriptions of Resort/Community.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Inspects Resort/Community to determine if repairs are needed and notify the owner.
• As part of community outreach, building strong resident relations with ongoing communications and an all-encompassing attitude of courteous, respect, and customer service to self-generate sales.

Job Qualifications

• Beginner to intermediate computer skills
• Experience with any of the following would be a plus: Car Sales, Real Estate Sales, Solar Sales, Cellular Sales, Outside Sales, Face-to-Face Sales, Door-to-Door Sales
• Minimum Education: High School Graduate
• Minimum Experience: 2-4 Years, or equivalent combined education and experience.
• Minimum Field of Expertise: No license required, real estate license does not have to change brokers
• Preferred Education: Associate Degree or technical school
• Preferred Experience: 4 years
• Weekend schedule flexibility required, with Saturday availability being non-negotiable.
