Job summary

SuperCare Health is seeking a Patient Service Technician to deliver, set up, educate patients on durable medical equipment, and pick up devices. You will follow delivery tickets and maintain accurate Delivery Track updates.

Responsibilities include daily attendance, safety gear, on-call rotations, extensive travel to patients' homes, loading equipment, and documenting serial numbers. You will also train with Respiratory Therapists and ensure all paperwork is scanned and complete.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• DOT certification (optional) is listed but not required for all positions.

Responsibilities

• Delivers respiratory and medical equipment and supplies to patients or clients.
• Performs equipment set ups in a timely and professional manner.
• Completes delivery and pick-up paperwork promptly and accurately, ensuring all serial numbers are listed.
