Job summary

SuperCare Health is seeking a Patient Service Technician to join our Riverside, CA team. The role involves delivery, setup, patient education, and pick-up of Durable Medical Equipment in patients' homes, under supervision of a Respiratory Therapist.

You will handle entry of delivery tickets, maintain Delivery Track records, and ensure safety with proper gear. Must be 21+, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License.
• DOT certification (optional).
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Delivery, set-up, patient education, and pick-up of Durable Medical Equipment (DME).
• Deliver respiratory and related equipment to patients and clients.
• Assist with equipment setup and training under supervision of a Respiratory Therapist.
• Maintain Delivery Track and paperwork, ensuring accurate records and serial numbers.
• Communicate ETA with dispatch and patients, update notes as needed.
