Job summary

SuperCare Health is seeking a Patient Service Technician to support in-home respiratory equipment delivery, setup, and education for patients. You will operate under the Branch Manager, manage paperwork, and track deliveries with ETA communications.

The role requires daily travel to patient homes, on-call shifts including weekends, and adherence to safety protocols. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• DOT certification (optional).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up, educate patients on Durable Medical Equipment (DME).
• Complete delivery/pick-up paperwork and update Delivery Track with serial numbers.
• Travel to patients' homes for set-ups and recurring deliveries.
• Maintain knowledge of respiratory/home care equipment and safety protocols.
• Communicate with dispatch and patients regarding ETAs and issues.
• Ensure proper labeling and safe handling of contaminated equipment.
