Job summary

SuperCare Health is seeking a Patient Service Technician to support in-home delivery, setup and education of durable medical equipment including CPAP and oxygen systems. Travel to patient homes is extensive and required to ensure proper equipment setup and safety standards.

You will complete paperwork, maintain knowledge of respiratory equipment, and provide compassionate patient care in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• DOT certification (optional) may be beneficial.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Graduate from Accredited High School or college.
• Team player-ability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up, educate, and pick up Durable Medical Equipment.
• Provide CPAP, Pulse Ox, Mask Fitting, and other oxygen/DME equipment under supervision.
• Complete training and annual competency assessments.
• Provide patient education as part of patient care.
• Deliver equipment to patients or clients and ensure paperwork is accurate.
