Job summary

SuperCare Health in Windsor, CA is hiring a Patient Service Technician to handle the delivery, setup, patient education, and pickup of durable medical equipment. You will manage delivery tickets, update Delivery Track, and travel to patients’ homes to install CPAP, oxygen, masks, and related equipment under supervision of a Respiratory Therapist.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, on-call flexibility, and extensive travel.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Accredited High School or college.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• DOT certification optional.

Responsibilities

• Delivery, set-up, and pickup of durable medical equipment.
• Provide patient education on CPAP, oxygen, masks and related gear.
• Maintain Delivery Track and update tickets for all deliveries.
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment and ensure proper paperwork.
• Adhere to safety, regulatory and company policies.
