Job summary

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Cincinnati seeks a Repair Program Administrator to support the Home Repair Program, handling applicant intake, document review, and recordkeeping. You will liaise with Repair Program Coordinators to ensure smooth project handoffs and timely repair completion.

Responsibilities include tracking progress, assisting with outreach, and maintaining contractor records while traveling as needed within the service area. Weekend/evening availability may be required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service or administrative support experience.
• Strong time-management and follow-through skills, including meeting deadlines and tracking multiple files.
• Ability to provide accurate administrative support, work independently, and respond to direction.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, oral, and phone communication with a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel, Orion or similar databases, scanners, electronic documents, and internet-based tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment when handling information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Repair Program and serve as a primary contact for applicants.
• Explain requirements clearly, distribute applications, and log communications.
• Review applications and documents for completeness and accuracy; follow up as needed.
• Maintain organized electronic and paper files and update systems with applicant data.
• Track projects and funding; support timely handoffs, reporting, and repairs.
• Assist with outreach to communities, faith partners, government, and agencies as directed.
• Maintain records of contractors and community partners.
• Travel within the service area to visit applicants and event locations as needed.
• Attend Habitat kickoff and dedication ceremonies and events as required.
