Job summary

Everest Home Improvement in Springfield, VA seeks a full-time Customer Concierge to connect homeowners with project teams. You will manage schedules, update clients on timelines, and document details in the CRM to ensure smooth remodeling journeys.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organization, and customer-focused mindsets, with CRM experience and bilingual English/Spanish a plus. This role features a Monday–Friday schedule and a robust benefits package.

• Provide updates on timelines and appointments to clients.
• Document important project information within CRM systems.
• Resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
