Harry Braswell Concierge Home Services is seeking a Residential Remodeling Sales & Project Manager to own projects from initial conversation through final walkthrough. This role blends consultative sales, estimating, and on-site project leadership for homeowners in Northern Virginia.

You’ll engage homeowners, develop scopes and proposals, guide decisions, and manage subcontractors, budgets, and schedules to ensure high-quality results and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential remodeling or home improvement required.
• Sales, estimating, or residential project scoping experience preferred.
• Ability to lead subcontractors, manage schedules, and coordinate multiple active projects.
• Strong understanding of scope management, budgeting, and change orders.
• Comfortable using CRM software, email, digital documentation, and project management tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowner leads to understand goals and recommend remodeling solutions.
• Develop scopes of work, estimates, and proposals aligned with project requirements.
• Guide homeowners through project decisions with consultative sales.
• Manage projects from contract through completion by coordinating subcontractors, materials, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Keep homeowners informed throughout every stage with proactive, professional communication.
• Maintain project documentation, change orders, and scope adjustments to protect satisfaction and profitability.
• Partner with office and production teams to keep projects organized and on schedule.
• Help improve company systems and processes as we grow.
