The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, and experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus construction documentation familiarity.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the rehabilitation and new construction projects end-to-end, ensuring grant/loan compliance.
• Prepare work scopes for bids based on inspections and identified repairs.
• Communicate with residents, contractors, and city officials to ensure smooth project execution.
