The role collaborates with city program coordinators to manage rehab activities, communicate with vendors, monitor budgets, and ensure program compliance. The position requires coordination across multiple departments, bid preparation, permits, site plans, and regular reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general documents and government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rehabilitation and new construction projects through grants/loans.
• Prepare work scopes for bids based on inspections.
• Manage end-to-end rehab/construction process for compliance with programs.
• Communicate with residents, contractors, and city officials for smooth execution.
• Produce quarterly reports on expenditures and progress.
• Perform site inspections and assist with permits and drawings.
