Job summary

Affordable Homes of South Texas, Inc. seeks a Construction Coordinator to manage home rehabilitation and new construction projects funded by grants and loans. You will coordinate with city and county program coordinators, communicate with vendors, monitor budgets, and prepare work scopes and permits.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook, and the ability to work 60% in the field and 40% in an office. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Valid, current, and non-restricted Texas Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate home rehabilitation and new construction projects.
• Prepare work scopes and bids for rehab and new construction.
