Mosaic is seeking a Home Provider in Wellington, CO to welcome two adult female clients into a shared home. You’ll assist with daily living skills, transportation, medications, and community integration, while contributing to a safe, welcoming environment where belonging is built day by day.

Applicants should be at least 18, reside in Colorado, own their home or rent, and have reliable transportation plus internet access.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Colorado resident due to state funding restrictions.
• Own/rent your own home, apartment, condo, or townhouse.
• Active homeowner's or renter's insurance.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance.
• Internet access and basic computer skills.
• Ability to complete required screenings, background checks, and training.

Responsabilités

• Supporting daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and decision-making.
• Assisting with medication administration and medical appointments.
• Helping someone build connections, participate in their community, and experience a sense of belonging.
• Providing transportation and support with daily activities as needed.
• Maintaining documentation and communication with the Mosaic support team.
• Helping someone build confidence, develop independence, and pursue personal goals.

Position Snapshot

• Location: Wellington, CO
• Supporting: We have two highly functioning female clients seeking a female Home provider willing to share a home in Wellington, Colorado. The provider must be willing to move into the home they currently reside in and share in the rent and utility expenses. The individuals will need support with their daily living tasks, cooking, shopping, housekeeping, transportation, and care of their pets. Some things they enjoy are going for walks and watching movies.
• Average Annual Income: Approximately $46,530 (federally tax-free) + Monthly Rent & Household Expenses Contribution

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be a current resident of the state of Colorado (due to state funding restrictions).
