Job summary

Mosaic Contractors in Colorado is seeking Home Providers to welcome an individual with an intellectual disability into your home and family-like setting. You will support daily living skills and help the individual grow, within a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily tasks, transportation, community engagement, and coordinating with the Mosaic team to ensure ongoing support and successful housing arrangements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a current resident of Colorado (state funding restrictions).
• Own or rent your own home (house, apartment, condo, or townhouse).
• Active homeowner's or renter's insurance.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current vehicle insurance.
• Internet access and basic computer skills.
• Ability to complete required screenings, background checks, and training.

• Supporting daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and decision-making.
• Assisting with medication administration and medical appointments.
• Helping someone build connections, participate in their community, and experience a sense of belonging.
• Providing transportation and support with daily activities as needed.
• Maintaining documentation and communication with the Mosaic support team.
• Helping someone build confidence, develop independence, and pursue personal goals.

• Location: Must reside in Colorado (Must own or rent your current home; Limited availability in Aurora; Not Available in all counties )
• Supporting: You are welcoming an individual with an intellectual disability to move into your home and live with you full-time as a part of your household and family dynamic
• Average Annual Income: Approximately $46,530 (federally tax-free) + Monthly Rent & Household Expenses Contribution

  Requirements
