Job summary

Mosaic Contractors seeks Home Providers in Chandler, Gilbert, or Mesa to welcome and support a person with an intellectual disability in your home. You’ll help with daily living, transportation, appointments, and community involvement, while receiving ongoing training and support from Mosaic.

This is a home-based, supportive role with average annual income around $42,500 before taxes. Training and licensing assistance are provided to help you succeed and build a welcoming, inclusive home.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be a current resident of Arizona (due to state funding restrictions).
• Own/rent your own home, apartment, condo, or townhouse.
• Active homeowner’s or renter’s insurance.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current vehicle insurance.
• Internet access and basic computer skills.
• Ability to complete required screenings, background checks, and training.
• Experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and decision‑making.
• Assisting with medication administration and medical appointments.
• Helping someone build connections, participate in their community, and experience a sense of belonging.
• Providing transportation and support with daily activities as needed.
• Maintaining documentation and communication with the Mosaic support team.
• Helping someone build confidence, develop independence, and pursue personal goals.
• Support may include personal care, behavioral support, medical or physical needs, or specialized monitoring depending on the individual.

Average Annual Income: Approximately $42,500 (federally tax-free).
