Position Snapshot

• Location: Must reside in Tucson, AZ (Must own or rent your current home; Not accepting inquiries in Phoenix)
• Supporting: You are welcoming an individual with an intellectual disability to move into your home and live with you full-time as part of your household and family dynamic.
• Average Annual Income: Approximately $42,500 (federally tax-free)

How You'll Make a Difference

Every individual is unique, but your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and decision-making.
• Assisting with medication administration and medical appointments.
• Helping someone build connections, participate in their community, and experience a sense of belonging.
• Providing transportation and support with daily activities as needed.
• Maintaining documentation and communication with the Mosaic support team.
• Helping someone build confidence, develop independence, and pursue personal goals.

Depending on the individual's needs, support may also include:

• Assistance with personal care activities.
• Behavioral support.
• Medical or physical support needs.
• Specialized care and monitoring.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a current resident of the state of Arizona (due to state funding restrictions).
• Own/Rent your own home, apartment, condo, or townhouse.
• Active homeowner’s or renter’s insurance.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance.
• Internet access and basic computer skills.
• Ability to complete required screenings, background checks, and training.

Experience is preferred but not required.
