Annual income exceeds $80,000, with additional contributions for rent and household expenses. Training and team support are provided regularly, enriching your experience as a Home Provider.

Position Snapshot

• Location: Co. Bluffs, IA (Must own or rent your current home) We are currently seeking home providers without children in the home
• Supporting: You are welcoming an individual with an intellectual disability to move into your home and live with you full-time as part of your household and family dynamic
• Average Annual Income: Approximately $80,000 (federally tax-free) + Monthly Rent & Household Expenses Contribution

How You'll Make a Difference

Every individual is unique, but your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and decision‑making.
• Assisting with medication administration and medical appointments.
• Helping someone build connections, participate in their community, and experience a sense of belonging.
• Providing transportation and support with daily activities as needed.
• Maintaining documentation and communication with the Mosaic support team.
• Helping someone build confidence, develop independence, and pursue personal goals.

Depending on the individual's needs, support may also include:

• Assistance with personal care activities
• Behavioral support
• Medical or physical support needs
• Specialized care and monitoring

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be a current resident of the state of Iowa (due to state funding restrictions).
• Own/Rent your own home, apartment, condo, or townhouse
• Active homeowner's or renter's insurance
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance
• Internet access and basic computer skills
• Ability to complete required screenings, background checks, and training

Experience is preferred but not required.
