Orkin is hiring a Home Sales Inspector to combine sales drive with industry-leading training from a trusted brand. You’ll perform 360 inspections, recommend pest-control solutions, and build lasting relationships with homeowners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No industry experience required, on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawl spaces to identify pest issues and recommend solutions.
• Build trust with homeowners and clearly explain pest control options.
• Schedule and conduct sales appointments at customers' homes.
• Prepare sales agreements using the provided iPad and stay organized.
• Meet or exceed sales leads and revenue targets.
