Orkin is seeking a Home Sales Inspector to join a leadership-driven pest control team. You’ll inspect homes, build trust through in-home consultations, and deliver tailored solutions that boost homeowner peace of mind.

Average first-year earnings are projected between $70,000 and $95,000 (base plus commission). You’ll work with a company vehicle, comprehensive benefits, and robust training to help you succeed in a high-volume market.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses (we’ll train you).
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Build trust through in-home consultations.
• Perform full inspections—from attics to crawlspaces.
• Deliver tailored pest-control solutions using training and tools.
• Close deals with confidence using an iPad-based sales system.
• Grow business through company-provided leads and your hustle.
• Operate a company vehicle safely.
• Work in rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces.
• Prioritize safety in all job aspects including equipment and customer interactions.
• Perform duties in all weather conditions.
