Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers. You will inspect homes, identify pest issues, and propose effective solutions while maintaining a high level of service and safety.

This role requires traveling within the assigned territory and collaborating with branch teams to grow revenue. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license from your state.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and assess pest harborage and entries.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and suggest additional services.
• Record home assessments in Sales CRM and follow up on proposals to close deals.
