You’ll leverage a persuasive pitch, gain homeowner trust, and use provided tools and training to close sales. No prior industry experience is required, and a company vehicle with a gas card is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawl spaces and explain practical solutions.
• Win over customers with confidence and care.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads with advertising support.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet homeowners to explain products and services.
• Inspect interior and exterior of homes and address questions, setting expectations.
