Job summary

Orkin is seeking a driven Sales Inspector to protect homes with termite prevention and pest control solutions. You will conduct 360-degree inspections from attic to crawlspace, explain findings clearly, and design customized protection plans while building trusted customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred!
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required. We cover the cost of training and licensing.
• We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals
