Orkin is hiring a Home Services Inspector to lead termite protection assessments and present effective pest solutions to homeowners. You will perform comprehensive inspections and leverage top-tier training to recommend the best pest control options.

Expect a commission-based earning model with significant upside and company-provided tools. Role emphasizes customer interaction, problem solving, and building trusted relationships, supported by a robust benefits package and company vehicle.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.
• We will consider all qualified applicants in compliance with laws.

Responsabilidades

• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to assess termite protection needs.
• Make strategic recommendations to homeowners to protect their homes.
• Schedule appointments and meet with potential customers at their homes.
• Explain Orkin’s products and services clearly and professionally.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
• Utilize provided tools to prepare and present sales agreements in the field.
• Represent Orkin with a professional image and conduct.
