Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred; ability to close deals.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required; training and licensing costs covered.
• Must be able to work independently in the field and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners to conduct interior and exterior inspections.
• Identify pest concerns and recommend solutions.
• Educate customers on inspection findings.
• Design customized protection plans.
• Manage schedule and sales pipeline to meet income goals.
