Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Be an empathetic problem solver by using training to recommend the best pest solution for each customer.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads with available advertising support.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with customers in their homes to explain products and services.
• Inspect interior and exterior of customer homes and explain recommendations and expectations.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
