Orkin seeks an Home Sales Inspector to deliver expert termite protection guidance and build trust with homeowners across Georgia. You’ll perform 360 inspections, explain practical solutions, and close opportunities with support from a strong training program and an iconic brand.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between.
• Explain practical solutions and win over customers with confidence and care.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads with available advertising support.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet homeowners to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect interior and exterior of homes and communicate findings clearly.
• Make recommendations based on inspection and address questions.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
