Job summary

Orkin in Marietta, GA is seeking an Orkin Home Sales Inspector to blend competitive sales with pest control expertise. You’ll perform 360 inspections, explain pest prevention options, and build trusted relationships with homeowners to protect their homes and families.

You’ll leverage award-winning training and a generous earning potential, including first-year earnings around $80,000, a company vehicle with gas card, and a full benefits package. No industry experience required to start.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between.
• Win over customers with confidence and care by explaining practical solutions.
• Prospec t by new business and assigned leads with provided leads and budget.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and address questions.
