Job summary

Orkin is looking for an eager Home Sales Inspector in Atlanta, GA. You will perform 360 home inspections, determine pest protection needs, and present strategic pest solutions to homeowners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Win over customers with confidence and care by listening to needs and explaining practical solutions.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads with the support of a robust advertising budget.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and communicate findings clearly.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
