Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Home Sales Inspector in Alpharetta, GA to use a persuasive pitch and protect homes with industry-leading pest control solutions. You’ll benefit from award-winning training, a company vehicle, competitive pay, and a path toward leadership.

You’ll conduct 360 termite inspections, build trusted customer relationships, schedule appointments, and explain Orkin’s products with clarity and care. No industry experience required to start your career, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license or certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided to recommend the best innovative overall pest solution for each customer's needs.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads—you have a robust advertising budget to provide you with leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes where you will explain how Orkin’s products and services can give them peace of mind.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home—you can rely on training to do so.
• Make recommendations to customers based on inspection and issues identified by addressing any questions, explaining the process and setting expectations.
• Use the iPad we provide to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training will cover this.
