Job summary

Florida Pest Control seeks a Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest management solutions, meeting with customers and assessing needs to tailor service plans. You will be the face of the brand in the local community, driving revenue while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will collaborate with the service team, use a CRM for proposals, and travel within your territory to service clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; prior sales experience is a plus.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and develop customer proposals.
• Complete Home diagram in Sales CRM to outline customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
