Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers and maintain a customer-focused approach.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell additional services.
• Complete home diagrams and update sales CRM for clear customer understanding.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
