Job summary

Comcast is hiring for an entry-level broadband installation technician. You will perform residential installations, troubleshoot issues, and support home networks while following safety standards. The role includes training, documentation duties, and customer education to ensure reliable service.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential installations, service changes, and disconnects.
• Diagnose and resolve issues from network to customer equipment.
• Install and support home networks (Coax, Ethernet, Wi‑Fi).
• Verify service quality using testing tools and adjust for reliability.
• Educate customers on products, services, and proper expectations.
• Document work and update customer accounts using digital tools.
• Drive company vehicle and maintain license and vehicle safety.
