Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking an Operations Manager to lead branch operations, coordinating delivery, warehouse, logistics and clinical supervision to ensure on-time, accurate distribution of medical equipment to patients at home.

The role requires an associate degree, 5 years of HME leadership experience, and a valid driver’s license, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree and healthcare experience. This is a full-time, on-site role with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five (5) years’ experience in the HME leadership is required.
• Relevant experience in health care, insurance customer services, claims, billing is preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Oversees branch operations including Delivery, Warehouse, Logistics and Respiratory staff.
• Ensure compliance with all current government regulations and professional standards respecting patient care.
• Manage logistics team providing daily direction to employees for timely and efficient delivery.
• Maintain inventory and place purchase orders per restocking protocol.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to resolve concerns and improve patient experience.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement improvements for operational audits.
