Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking a dedicated Supervisor, Operations to lead branch operations, ensuring timely distribution of all home medical equipment and services. You will coordinate with leadership, health systems, hospice partners, and referral sources to enhance patient care.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in HME leadership, strong analytics, and excellent communication. This role involves on-site management, staff development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet patient care

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited college required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five (5) years’ experience in the HME leadership is required.
• Relevant experience in health care, insurance customer services, claims, billing is preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, providing leadership and coordination of services for equipment distribution to patients’ homes.
• Manage logistics team to meet delivery goals and optimize productivity.
• Control branch inventory and place purchase orders per restocking protocol.
• Address service concerns and identify trends for improvement in patient services.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
• Lead staff hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Establish annual department goals aligned with organizational strategy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
