Job summary

Quipt Home Medical in Salina, KS is seeking a Patient Service Technician to deliver, set up and pick up DME and respiratory equipment for home care patients. You will instruct patients on proper use and care and serve as the company’s primary representative to customers.

As part of the patient care team, you will monitor patient conditions, coordinate with clinical staff, and ensure timely service within regulatory guidelines. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up and pick up DME equipment and respiratory supplies to home care patients
• Instruct patients on proper use and care of equipment
• Represent the company with strong customer service orientation
• Coordinate with dispatch and clinical staff regarding patient needs and status
• Document deliveries, pickups and patient information accurately
