Job summary

Quipt Home Medical in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Patient Service Technician to deliver, set up and pick up DME and respiratory equipment for home care patients. You will educate patients on use, ensure safety, and act as the company's main point of contact with customers.

As part of the patient care team you will follow safety guidelines, coordinate with dispatch, manage paperwork, and support inventory, maintenance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Delivers, sets up and picks up DME equipment and supplies to home care patients.
• Instructs patients on proper use and care of equipment.
• Maintains strong customer service orientation as the company representative.
