Job summary

VieMed Healthcare is seeking a field service professional to deliver, install and educate patients on home medical equipment. You will handle oxygen delivery to facilities and homes, repair equipment, and assist with shipping and returns. A weekly on-call rotation offers an additional $500.

The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a home-based setting. Training provided for equipment operation and safety.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and set-up of home medical equipment to patient9s homes.
• Delivery of oxygen to hospitals and patient9s homes.
• Teach patients and caregivers how to operate and use equipment in an understandable way.
• Repair of home medical equipment.
• On-call rotation for life saving equipment with an additional $500 per week.
• Shipping of product to customers.
• Cleaning of returned rental equipment.
• Other duties, as assigned.
