Job summary

Munson Healthcare is seeking an HME Tech I to deliver and set up home medical equipment, ensuring patient safety and clear operation instructions. The role includes participating in an on-call rotation to cover the territory after hours and performing routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment, vehicles, and the facility to keep everything patient-ready.

Qualifications

• Must have MA, EMT, LPN, or equivalent training and experience.
• Must hold a current Michigan driver's license and be able to drive to patients' homes.
• Vaccination requirements for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella and flu vaccine or approved exemptions.

Responsibilities

• HME Tech I delivers equipment to the client's home in a safe manner and sets it up for use.
• Rotates through an on-call schedule with other technicians to cover the territory after hours.
• Maintains and cleans equipment, vehicles, and the facility following procedures, making equipment patient-ready.
