Job summary

Williams Bros. Health Care Pharmacy is seeking a full-time Home Medical Equipment Sales Associate. You will be the first point of contact, assisting customers with equipment and supplies to meet health care needs, greeting customers, and maintaining displays.

Responsibilities include helping customers with product selection, answering phone questions, and processing orders while ensuring excellent service and inventory upkeep.

Qualifications

Description

Home Medical Equipment Sales associates are the first point of contact for our customers. They will assist customers in identifying the best medical equipment and supplies to meet their health care needs. To ensure we meet the needs of our customers they complete tasks such as, but not limited to, greeting the customers, providing excellent customer service, providing assistance by telephone, maintaining retail displays, ordering and maintaining inventory.

• Greeting Customers entering the store.
• Customer assistance in product selection.
• Demonstration and setup of equipment (limited).
• Providing telephone assistance.
• Ordering of merchandise.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

1 week of on call every 3 - 4 weeks.
