Williams Bros. Health Care Pharmacy is seeking a Medical Intake Specialist to gather patient information, coordinate paperwork, and liaise with referral sources, ensuring compassionate interactions.

This role requires strong keyboard/computer skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-focused approach. Full-time, weekday hours; benefits include health plans, 401(k), PTO and more.

Job description

The Medical Intake Specialist will communicate with patient/customer or referral source to gather complete and accurate patient information, sending paperwork to be signed when necessary and requesting additional documentation. You will also ensure compassionate and positive interactions with customers and employees.

Hours: M-F (8 - 5 p.m.)
