Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Patient Service Technician to deliver and pick up homecare equipment and to set up gear for patients in their homes. You will train patients on basic usage and coordinate daily routes to optimize geographic territory.

Responsibilities include scheduling deliveries, maintaining logs, and ensuring DOT/FDA/Joint Commission compliance. A high school diploma, 1 year of related work, 21+ years of age, and a valid license are required; Driver Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year related work experience.
• Must be 21+ years old and have 3 years of driving history.
• Valid driver’s license and completion of Apria Driver Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and picks up equipment from homecare patients.
• Sets up equipment and trains patients on its use.
• Schedules daily deliveries and pickups; maintains vehicle logs.
• Ensures regulatory compliance (DOT, FDA, Joint Commission) and completes paperwork.
• Maintains vehicle maintenance logs and reports malfunctions.
